placements @ mech engineering...

It has been a while since all my 4th year friends have found decent jobs (though i m still jobless and uncertain about the future,however its a different story and not related to the present post). So, i decided, why not to dedicate a blog to my mighty intelligent and amazingly wonderful friends, with whom i have shared these superb 3.75 years and who after passing out will leave such strong footprints on my life and heart.
Its really difficult to arrange them according to their priority in my life and quite absurd too.
So, the list is arranged in the order of getting the jobs. (Noone should complaint about this.)

The 1st one to grab a job/ppo was Anand, quite expectedly. Unexpected ,was that he didnt get that the 1st time itself. Finally MENTOR GRAPHICS rectified their mistake and offered him a ppo, correcting their earlier blunder.
I presume that Chinmay was the 2nd person to get the coveted prize of landing a job. After some minor failures like IOCL,BPCL etc. he finally became lucky in NTPC.

Pawan, too, impressed the NTPC recruiters and will become an engineer in the giant of electrical power generation in the country.
Ankit, found lady luck smiling on him relatively earlier than others and was selected byMARUTI SUZUKI, the biggest automobiles firm of the nation. It was a jackpot and damn good at that.
Priyesh, after facing 8 interviews and facing rejection umpteen times finally got his smile back in the TATA MOTORS interview results. Life, definitely offers you the best you deserve.

Similar is the story of bipin, who got rejected so many times and was so upset that it was becoming difficult to meet him. Nonetheless, destiny has its own plans and he grabbed COAL INDIA LIMITED, with a nice meaty package.
Sunny, landed in the same organisation as Bipin and has been so happy since then that has given parties worth 10000 bucks.
Krishna (KMR) after some struggle but lady luck on his side found arguably the best job of branch in his kitty. CATERPILLAR the mining equipment giants were so impressed by him that they selected him above candidates having higher GPA's.
Finally, ATUL TRIPATHI JI's ( the honourable tpr of this gr8 batch) perseverance paid off too, and he got selected in IBM. (I think its the biggest software company in the world.) Though, i suspect he is surely gonna grab another one. (and this time a core one)

Meanwhile more good news @ eLites...
KMR has grabbed 1 more offer from none other than HERO HONDA...
alas, he has rejected the offer...
WISH baba too gets a core job...
